Chroma Technology is honored to once again be named a Best Place to Work in Vermont by VermontBiz and the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.

Bellows Falls Middle School received significant support this spring which enabled hands-on science with an over $9000 grant, providing a set of 15 microscopes, the associated slides, sample preparation materials, books, and other educational materials. 

Chroma Technology announced today that its ContrastMax SWIR optical filters for machine vision and remote sensing were recognized among the best in machine vision today by the judges of the Vision Systems Design 2022 Innovators Awards program at the Automate Show in Detroit, MI. The judging panel consisted of esteemed experts from system integrators and end-user companies.

Chroma Technology is taking a critical step in reducing its carbon footprint with a new solar project just 20 minutes south of our Bellows Falls, Vermont manufacturing facility. Chroma partnered with Green Lantern Solar to develop a solar array that will produce approximately 950,000 kWh per year of clean, solar power.

Chroma Technology, a market leader in the precision optics industry, today announced the appointment of Dan Johnson as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition, Johnson will serve as a financial and strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and broader leadership team at Chroma and its subsidiaries, including 89 North, an illumination systems manufacturer in Williston, Vermont.
